Private, structured reviews for real contracts — launch pricing while we test.
Disputely was born after a co-founder spent thousands on disputes that clearer contract language could have prevented. We're building tools so you can understand what you're signing before it costs you.
Disputely is built for contracts and disputes — not open-ended chat. Each review focuses on the clauses that actually create risk, with plain-English findings you can read in minutes.
Payments run through Stripe — we never see your card number. Your account is protected with industry-standard sign-in and encrypted storage. We don't use your documents to train AI unless you explicitly allow it.
Get started at launch pricing on this site — reviews and follow-up questions stay on your account until the app launches. Disputely began after a co-founder spent thousands on disputes that clearer contract language could have prevented — we're building for renters, freelancers, and anyone signing agreements without time to decode every page of fine print. Most costly contract problems don't start in court; they start when someone signs without spotting auto-renewals, hidden fees, or one-sided liability clauses until it's too late. Our structured reviews translate those risks into plain English on your schedule — with Stripe checkout, private processing by default, and no training on your documents unless you opt in. It's informational analysis, not legal advice, designed to bring more transparency, confidence, and control before you commit.
Our goal: no one should pay too much, wait too long, or sign without understanding what they've agreed to.

Disputely's Contract Review scans your document and flags risky language in plain English — automatic renewals, hidden fees, one-sided indemnities, weak liability caps, and other terms that are easy to miss before you sign. Each review gives you a structured breakdown so you know what you're agreeing to, not just what the legalese sounds like.
After a review, you can add follow-up questions to ask about specific clauses, scenarios, or risks in your own words. We process contracts securely and do not use your private documents for model training unless you explicitly allow it. Purchases are saved to your account for use in the Disputely app when it launches.
Launch pricing: $2 per review and $0.50 per follow-up question while we test — mix either at checkout. Stripe handles payment securely.
Every agreement you've already signed carries long-term consequences, especially when hidden liabilities or vague renewal clauses slip through unnoticed. Disputely's Past Contract Review module performs a deep‑tissue audit of your existing documents, identifying "Summary Judgment Killers" that could expose you to future disputes. By surfacing these risks now, you gain the clarity needed to renegotiate, prepare defenses, or restructure obligations before they evolve into active legal threats. Follow-up questions ($0.50 each) are available when you want plain-English answers on particular clauses after a review.
Launch pricing: $2 per review and $0.50 per follow-up question while we test — choose either or both at checkout. Stripe handles payment securely.
Legal documents are notorious for burying simple ideas under layers of jargon, boilerplate, and technical phrasing. Disputely's Legalese to English engine cuts through that noise, translating complex provisions into clear, plain‑language summaries. You'll understand the obligations, risks, and intent behind every clause without needing a law degree. This ensures the "spirit of the agreement" matches the words on the page, empowering you to sign with full confidence and complete comprehension.
Launch pricing: $2 per review while we test. Payment is completed securely through Stripe.
All purchases are non-refundable. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure hosted checkout page.
